Great Read. When we come across succesful business ideas, many people tend to state that they did think about something similar, but alas did nothing to pursue the idea. Thoughts converted to action is the key.

I purchased a pbx subscription through ring central and have been using it for months. I love it! I have had no technical issues and the price is extremely affordable. If you are thinking about virtual pbx I suggest trying out ring central. FYI – they provide a 30 day free-trial so you can test it out for free. You also get a toll-free number when you sign up.

A special note on item 3) – The Due Date currently turns red if the current date is past the due date. However, we agree that it would be more helpful to create a separate Over Due Invoice List.

Using the payment feature today and thought that the following might be good features to add: (Let me know what you think fellow service owners)

1. Under paid invoices have a tab where we can search by deposit date. This way we can print a report of all deposits made.

2. A feature where the total amount of all invoices paid, open, etc are displayed at bottom automatically calculating

3. Great feature would be a way to create or have a past due invoice feature that also allows you to list the current invoice amount .
