When creating a Work Order, at the bottom of the Job page select the option to email the Work Order PDF to your Customer and Field Resource when you “Save” the Job.
The email will be sent through Bella’s email server.
The Customer email option allows you to modify the “From” email address to receive replies.
The Field Resource return email address is “Bella Support”. We are adding the option to modify the “From” email address so the Field Resource can reply.
You also have the option to set an email reminder for the Field Resource.
Please note an appointment date and time is required to generate the Work Order PDF and activate these options.
